About the Role
As a Relief Support Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and reception support across a variety of clinical wards, units, and departments. You will be the first point of contact for patients, whānau, visitors, and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while delivering accurate administrative services that support the smooth operation of healthcare teams.
This is a varied and rewarding role where adaptability is key. From managing patient information and preparing clinic documentation to coordinating appointments and supporting frontline services, you will play an important part in ensuring patients receive seamless care. About the Team/Service/ Location
Our Support Services team provides vital administrative and reception support across the organisation, helping clinical teams deliver safe, efficient, and high quality care. Working collaboratively with a wide range of services, the team plays an important role in supporting patients, whānau, and healthcare professionals.
Based in Hastings, you will join a supportive team environment that values professionalism, teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement.

As a Relief Support Administrator, you will be organised, customer focused, and able to thrive in a busy healthcare environment.
- Strong administration and customer service skills
