About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to improve operational performance, productivity and KPI achievement across Manukau Health Park (MHP) and Lambie Drive.
Working across clinical, operational, administrative and digital teams, you will optimise Planned Care booking and scheduling, embed effective policies and processes, and implement digital tools that improve appointment confirmation, patient check-in, navigation, attendance and service performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build team capability through service improvement, change and development opportunities.
- Identify and implement RPA and technology opportunities that streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Work with digital teams to design, test and implement tools for appointment confirmation, patient check-in and navigation across MHP.
- Embed digital solutions into operational workflows and support effective adoption.
- Track benefits and manage programme, privacy, security, clinical safety and operational risks.
- Develop and embed policies and procedures that optimise Planned Care and MHP booking and scheduling.
- Standardise practices to improve capacity, timely access, patient attendance and performance.
- Use performance insights to identify priorities, address gaps and improve KPIs.
- Partner with teams to improve processes, patient engagement and attendance across planned care pathways.
About you
You will be an organised, collaborative improvement leader with strong health-sector knowledge.
You will bring:
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
- At least two years health-sector experience and knowledge of current requirements and planned changes.
- Knowledge of MHP services, healthcare environments and operational processes.
- Experience with iPM, RPA and referral management systems.
- Experience leading change, process improvement and performance reporting.
- Strong communication and relationship skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
