Our Resident Medical Officer (RMO) Support Service is looking for a Recruitment superstar to join their team, in this full time Fixed Term position to 30 June 2027.
The role will suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and wants to play a key part in supporting our Resident Medical Officers. If youre ready for a role thats exciting, challenging, and genuinely rewarding, wed love to hear from you!
In this role you will be:
- steering the full recruitment journey for our RMOs
- guiding candidates through the process, and making sure every new doctor feels genuinely welcomed from day one
- the guardian of compliance, keeping everything aligned with Medical Council standards, including adherence with Immigration and employment legislation requirements so our processes stay sharp, safe, and seamless.
Alongside this, youll help us shape smarter recruitment strategies for our RMO service, that supports the Districts future workforce needs, because great planning today means great care tomorrow.
At the heart of it all, youll be building strong, supportive relationships with our RMO workforce, helping them feel valued, connected, and excited to stay and grow with us.

About you
To thrive in this role, youll bring a great mix of organisation, people skills, and a dash of problem solving flair.
Were looking for someone who is:
- Well organised and has excellent attention to detail
- Highly skilled at context switching and multi-tasking
- Highly competent in computer usage, including Microsoft Office in particular Word and Excel
- Able to demonstrate previous experience in HR/Recruitment, preferably in the medical field
- Able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels.
- Able to work with high volumes of work while maintaining quality
- Self-directed and able to meet critical deadlines
- Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very capable in terms of problem solving and demonstrating initiative
- Always focussed on continuous improvement
