About the Role
This is a permanent part-time opportunity to join our experienced and well-respected District Nursing Service, based in Tauranga. You'll be providing comprehensive nursing care across a range of clinical presentations from wound care and IV therapy to palliative support within the community.
You'll need to be comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards of clinical care, documentation, and patient safety.

Our District Nursing team is a close-knit, community-focused service committed to delivering patient-centred care to people in their homes. We work collaboratively with GPs, Allied Health, and hospital teams to ensure smooth transitions and strong continuity of care. About you
You'll be a confident and compassionate Registered Nurse who enjoys variety and autonomy. A calm, solutions-focused approach is key, alongside a genuine passion for supporting patients in their own environment. You bring at least two years of clinical nursing experience ideally in District Nursing, Community Health, or Acute settings.
What you will bring:
- Current New Zealand Nursing Council registration and Annual Practicing Certificate
- Minimum of two years' clinical nursing experience
- Flexibility to work shifts (including weekends) as required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Confidence working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- A full, clean NZ driver's licence
