We are looking for an Otorhinolaryngologist Head & Neck Surgeon with expertise and an interest in head and neck oncology to join our specialist service. This is a 0.73 FTE permanent part-time opportunity, with participation in the ORL acute on-call roster.

Our Department provides specialist ORL HNS care across Auckland, including complex head and neck surgical and oncology services for patients referred from across the greater Auckland region and from the rest of New Zealand.

About the Team/Service/Location

Be part of an experienced and collaborative Otorhinolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery team delivering specialist care to patients across Auckland and the wider region.

Our service manages a diverse range of ORL HNS conditions, including complex head and neck surgery and oncology, providing the opportunity to work alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams and contribute to high-quality, patient-centred care.

About you

You will be an experienced Otolaryngologist Head & Neck Surgeon with:

• Vocational registration in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
• An appropriate postgraduate qualification such as FRACS, FRCS or equivalent.
• Specialist expertise and experience in head and neck oncology and sleep surgery.
• The ability to manage acute ORL HNS patients as part of the on-call roster.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
