About the Role
Take your dietetic practice beyond the clinic and into the community, supporting people where they live. Providing assessment and tailored nutrition interventions in clients homes, you will manage a varied caseload with a strong focus on community enteral nutrition. Working closely with an experienced interdisciplinary team, your expertise will help clients achieve their goals, maintain independence, and enjoy a better quality of life.
About the Team/Service/Location
Community Allied Health bring together Allied Health Assistants, Dietitians, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, Speech-Language Therapists, and Administration. Based in central Tauranga, the team works across the Western Bay of Plenty, combining expertise to support people with physical health needs to live safely and independently within their own communities.

About You
You are an experienced Dietitian who enjoys building genuine relationships and providing care that reflects what matters to each person. Organised and collaborative, you value the independence of community practice while enjoying the support and shared expertise of a close interdisciplinary team.
What you will bring:
- Current registration with the Dietitians Board of New Zealand and a current Annual Practicing Certificate
- At least two years clinical Dietitian experience
- Experience in dietetic assessment and developing individualised nutrition intervention plans
- Experience or knowledge of enteral nutrition
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
- A current full and clean NZ drivers licence
