About the Role
Te Pare ō Toi Service is transforming into a `change engine for Toi Ora as we progress our strategy, Te Toi Ahorangi Rautaki 2030. We are seeking courageous, passionate, and driven Registered Nurses who are inspired by Te Tiriti o Waitangi and want to be part of leading a paradigm shift toward Toi Ora within Te Moana a Toi.
Deliver care that is guided by Te Ao Māori knowledge and practices, ensuring whānau Māori receive clinically safe and culturally responsive support. This position plays a vital role in implementing Toi Ora systems of care, helping to achieve Te Toi Ahorangi and Pae Ora. With support from Te Pare ō Toi, this role offers the chance to expand your clinical expertise while embedding Māori health values into everyday practice

About you
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate professional to join our evolving service who embodies manaakitanga and is dedicated to Te Tiriti ō Waitangi will thrive in this role. A desire to integrate Te Ao Māori into clinical practice is essential.
What you will bring:
- Registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and current APC
- Passionate to make a difference for urihaumate and whanau
- Kaupapa Māori nursing experience an advantage
- Driven to apply Te Āo Māori views, concepts, knowledge, and practices in your work
Demonstrates, exudes, and embeds behaviours consistent with He Pou Oranga Tāngata Whenua and the Hauora a Toi values
