We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Director Child Health to provide clinical leadership across our Child Health Service at Waitematā.

As Clinical Director, you will play a key role in shaping the delivery and ongoing development of high-quality child health services. Working in partnership with operational and clinical leaders, you will provide strategic clinical leadership and support the development, implementation and maintenance of clinical best practice, quality improvement, service development and professional standards.

You will lead and contribute to the clinical governance of the service, working closely with Senior Medical Officers, trainees, nursing, allied health and other multidisciplinary colleagues to foster a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.

We are looking for an experienced Consultant Paediatrician who:

• Values partnership and collaboration across disciplines and services
• Has a strong child, family and whānau focus
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
