About the Role
Join the Radiology team at Dunedin Hospital and work across a modern, fully equipped service including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, DSA, nuclear medicine, and theatre/ICU imaging.
You will be part of a dynamic 24/7 service covering a wide and diverse patient population, with opportunities to work across multidisciplinary teams and grow your skills in a varied clinical environment.
You will operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently, produce high quality diagnostic images, ensure patient comfort throughout procedures, and maintain a clean, safe environment. You will work closely with Radiologists, clinicians and wider healthcare teams, ensuring accurate imaging is provided in a timely manner to support patient diagnosis and treatment.

About the Team/Service/Location
The Radiology Department at Dunedin Hospital provides a wide range of diagnostic services supported by a skilled team of MITs, Radiologists, administration staff and healthcare partners. You'll also contribute to services across satellite sites, working in a collaborative, patient focused environment.

About You
We are searching for confident, skilled Medical Imaging Technologists who are committed to patient centred care.
What you will bring:
- Current registration and Annual Practising Certificate with the Medical Radiation Technologists Board (MRTB).
- Strong commitment to patient safety, comfort and high-quality imaging.
- Clear and effective communication skills with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
