About the Team
You'll be part of a dynamic, progressive multidisciplinary team, working alongside Dietitians, Nurses, and Endocrinologists who are all committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred diabetes care.
About the Role
Based at Palmerston North Hospital, this role is integral to our specialist multidisciplinary team, supporting people living with diabetes who have complex health needs.
You will work across a range of settings including:
- Inpatient care
- Outpatient clinics
- Community environments
This varied role ensures continuity of care and supports improved health outcomes for individuals and their whānau.
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
- A NZ Registered Dietitian
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and highly organised
- A confident and effective communicator
- Passionate about improving outcomes for people with diabetes
Previous experience in diabetes is advantageous, but your commitment to excellence and team collaboration is what matters most.
