About the Role
The primary purpose of the role is to meet the needs of young adults who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis, who are aged up to 30 as well as supporting their family/Whanau. Be focused and hardworking with the aim to deliver recovery orientated interventions in collaboration with all key stakeholders. This will be provided in the context of a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals (see specific descriptor below) to ensure that service goals are met by delivering an effective and high-quality clinical service.

About the Team/Service/ Location
Our Hāpai Ora team will work together to support our young people and their whānau through their journey in moving forward with their lives. We offer an innovative and youth friendly service to tāngata whai i te ora up to age 30 that are experiencing a first episode of psychosis. We provide services to those living in the Te Toka Tumai geographic area.

About you
To be a successful applicant for this role, you will meet the below essential requirements:
NZ Registration with NZ Psychologists Board with a Clinical Scope of Practice and current Practising Certificate
A commitment to achieving equitable outcomes for Māori
Current Drivers License
Recent experience of and an ability to work collaboratively within a Multi-Disciplinary Team.
