Clinical Lead Paediatrics Whakatane Hospital

We are looking for an innovative, passionate and proactive individual to be Clinical Leader of Paediatrics, Whakatāne Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready for a new challenge.

The primary purpose of the role is to provide clinical leadership across the Whakatāne Hospital Paediatric service. This role provides direct leadership, coaching and support to colleagues within the service and participates in recruitment, professional reviews, and practice development. You will work in partnership with organisational and service leaders (Clinical lead - Paediatrics, Nursing and Business leaders), to drive the development and implementation of the Service Strategic Plan.
