Enrolled Nurse, Mental Health & Addictions Service
- Based at Whangārei Hospital in the Inpatient and Sub Acute mental health units
- Permanent full-time role (1.0FTE) working 80 hours per fortnight

About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the direction/delegation of Registered Nurse to provide the best health outcome for tāngata whaiora and their whānau. You will work as a key member of the multidisciplinary team providing assessment, treatment and consultation while taking account of socio-cultural and Kaupapa Māori issues relevant to the wellbeing of tāngata whaiora, within the context of their whānau.

About the Team/Service/Location
Tūmanako is a 29-bed purpose-built unit that cares for adults over the age of 18 who live in the Northland area. We have a multidisciplinary team who work closely together to create a supportive and recovery focused environment for our tūroro. We are also committed to quality improvement, staff wellbeing and working collaboratively across services.

About you
Our tūroro need nurses that are compassionate, have a positive outlook and who work in a culturally safe manner.
Applicants must have:
- New Zealand Nursing Council registration as an Enrolled Nurse, with a current practicing certificate
- Experience in Mental Health and Addictions
- Ability to work rostered duties
- Dedication to helping others
- Current drivers license
