- This is a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated team, working on the New East Wing Building Project, which includes Call Centre, Radiology, Emergency Department, Integrated Operation Centre, the new Acute Assessment Unit, Maternity, Neonatal, Intensive Care, Laboratory, and the roof top helipad.

About the Role
The Operational Readiness Coordinator role will work closely with and support the Operational Readiness Manager to ensure the successful clinical commissioning of the Project Maunga services and hospital redevelopments.
This role will be integral in the commissioning of clinical and non-clinical services and will work closely with the workstreams including emergency management, digital services and logistics to ensure the new facility resources are ready for Go Live.
The Operational Readiness Coordinator will be responsible to lead the orientation of the clinical services to the New East Wing Building (NEWB).
The Operational Readiness Coordinator will work in partnership with the workstreams ensuring that their department is prepared for occupation, including preparation for migration, migration to their new location, and closure of the vacated department.

About the Team/Service/ Location
The Project Maunga team is an interdisciplinary team with experts representing infrastructure and engineering, digital services, and hospital and specialist services. The Project team is very supportive and versatile.
The role is based in Taranaki, at Taranaki Base
