- Orthopaedic Surgeon, Health New Zealand – Lakes, Rotorua & Taupo Hospitals
- We are looking for an enthusiast Orthopaedic consultant with a sub speciality in Upper limb to join our team
- Lakes is situated in the Mountain Bike capital of NZ with multiple outdoor activities including Hiking, Running, Kayaking and Trout fishing and of course Mountain Biking

About the Role
- You will be joining a high achieving department that is well supported to deliver high quality care to the Lakes community.
- You will be based at Rotorua hospital but you may be required to travel to our Taupo facility to provide outpatients clinics.
- We also provide Orthopaedic visiting outpatient’s clinics at Tokoroa on behalf of Health Waikato.
- The theatre suite is relatively new and is well equipped for supporting Orthopaedic elective work and acute trauma.
About the Team/Service/Location
- Our team has a mix of sub specialities covering the spectrum of Orthopaedic surgery. We are now looking to appoint an additional consultant that has a sub speciality in Upper limb. The Orthopaedic department are well supported by our Tertiary hospital in Hamilton.

Salary range
$185,380 to $267,980 pro-rated to hours worked
