Te Toka Tumai has an international reputation in the health industry. We provide world class healthcare to our community as well as offering 19 specialist services treating patients from across NZ
We have an opportunity for a Team Support available within our Patient Management Services - available to be filled immediately!
Your role as a Team Support is to ensure that the Resource Team and other teams within the Patient Management Services directorate receive appropriate clerical and administrative support to enable them to concentrate on the specialist value added activities within their role.
Your responsibilities as a Team Support would include:
- Monitor your direct reports' diaries and assist with preparing their daily events
- Book meetings and events as required
- Create documentation and presentations
- Ensure that appropriate levels and standards of customer service are delivered
- Perform extra administration activities and provide back-up support
Full training and induction and ongoing support and professional development will be provided.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
- Minimum of three years of administration experience including diary management and meeting organisation
- Be able to demonstrate superb organisational skills
- Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent with MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Healthcare organisation
- Be an excellent communicator
- Have the right to work in NZ (valid work visa, permanent residency, NZ citizen)
