About the role
A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced physiotherapist to join our Allied Health team at Lakes District Hospital in Queenstown on a fixed-term, full-time basis until September. This position will be predominantly based in our Emergency Department, so we are looking for candidates with strong MSK experience who are willing to work some evenings and weekends during peak periods.
This role belongs to the PSA Allied, Public Health and Technical Multi-Employer Collective Agreement and falls between Step 3 ($88,627 per annum) and Step 8 ($110,210 per annum pro-rata) of the Degree-based Allied, Public Health and Technical salary scale.

- demonstrate strong organisational, time management, and clinical priority-setting skills
- be resourceful and resilient, and able to apply critical thinking to solve complex problems
- be registered with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand and hold a current annual practising certificate
- be an exceptional team player with the ability to work collaboratively across a wider multidisciplinary team.
