Digital Support Analyst - Fixed Term

About the Role
As a Digital Support Analyst, you will provide day-to-day operational support for nationally used digital products, ensuring they perform as expected and remain accessible and reliable for users.
You will work closely with product teams, technical support teams, and customers to troubleshoot issues, monitor system performance, and ensure users are supported to effectively use digital solutions.
In this role, you will:
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for digital products
• Monitor system performance and ensure service reliability
• Log, prioritise, and resolve incidents within agreed timeframes
• Identify recurring issues and support preventative improvements
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to enhance services
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation
You may occasionally be required to travel or work outside standard hours to support incidents or releases.
About the Team / Service / Location
You will be part of a nationally connected Digital Services team supporting critical healthcare systems across Aotearoa.
Our teams work collaboratively across regions and functions to ensure digital services are reliable, efficient, and enable better outcomes for patients, clinicians, and communities.
About You
You are a customer-focused technical professional who enjoys problem-solving and supporting digital services in a fast-paced environment. You are adaptable, collaborative, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
You bring a proactive mindset and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support.
You will bring:
• 5+ years' experience in technical support within an IT environment
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and cloud-based applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A relevant tertiary qualification and/or industry certifications
Desirable:
• Experience with SQL and data-related technologies
• Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools
You will also demonstrate:
• An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and commitment to equitable outcomes
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A collaborative, customer-focused approach
