About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Clinical Administrator to join our Child & Family Service. This varied role provides essential administrative support to the team and senior staff, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of services. Based in Waitematā, with some regional support for immunisation data entry, the role includes a wide range of tasks such as processing school rolls for import into the immunisation database, supporting other administrators to resolve data issues, preparing reports, contributing to clinical projects in an administrative capacity, and managing frontline administrative duties supporting phone enquiries, meet and greet, and providing information in a professional manner. This is a key role in supporting the effective operation of the service and contributing to positive outcomes for children, young people, and whanau in our community.

About you
As an Administration, you will be pro-active and an enthusiastic individual who works well as part of a team but can use your initiative and work independently when needed. You will be required to work with a range of teams and audiences in this role so you will need to be an excellent communicator who is able to engage with stakeholders and network across the NPHS Northern regional teams and the wider organisation.
- Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action
- NCEA or equivalent
- At least 2-3years administrative experience
- Previous work in a community-based environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Previous work in a community-based environment
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office and Outlook including Excel
- Sound computer systems knowledge i.e.: PIMs or similar
