About the Role
We are on the lookout for applications from recruitment professionals, for the role of Senior Recruitment and Operations Advisor.
As the Senior Recruitment and Operations Advisor, you will be working in our Medical Management Unit team to facilitate the engagement, training, retention, and wellbeing of senior medical staff working in Whanganui Hospital. This involves working with the various specialties lead the end-to-end recruitment process. The role is also responsible for management functions associated with senior medical staff including leave, reimbursement, timesheet approval processes and other administration. This role also facilitates the hospital credentialing processes for individuals and departments and covers the medical management unit in the absence of the team leader.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 per annum.

About you
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience in a senior human resources or comparable role is essential, ideally in the healthcare environment
- You must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, highly organised, an excellent communicator and able to prioritise and work autonomously
- Working knowledge of employment legislation, and an eye for detail are essential.
